Do you ship orders outside of the US?
Yes! Customers across the globe can buy IdeaPaint products through our distributors. Visit our Global Sales section for a list of international IdeaPaint distributors, or email globalsales@ideapaint.com.

How much time do I have to change my order before it ships?
IdeaPaint strives to ship orders quickly, so if changes are needed call us at (800) 393-5250 as soon as possible. But, don’t worry – if an order has already shipped we are here to help. Just shoot us an email at customerservice@ideapaint.com.

How much do you charge for shipping?
Shipping varies based on the size of the order and where it is headed. Shipping costs will appear on the order page before your order is finalized and officially placed.

When will my order ship?
Orders normally ship within two business days.

How can I track my shipment?
After your order is placed, two emails will be generated. The first email provides an order confirmation, the second email confirms the order has been shipped and includes a UPS tracking number.

What is your return policy?
IdeaPaint will gladly accept returns of unopened product within 30 days of receipt.

Please note:

  • Once the return authorization has been issued, return the product within 14 days.
  • Credit will only be issued if the product is returned unopened and within the 14 day authorization period.
  • You will need to pay return shipping charges.
  • Return product via UPS or FedEx only to:

  • Once your product is received at the facility, credit will be issued via check or the credit used for purchase. You will receive a copy of the credit memo via email serving as both proof of receipt and the refund.
